SUMMARY:Surrey Yellow and Orange Belt Championships
DESCRIPTION:Eligibility: Competitors must be aged 8 to 15 years on the date of the competition and comply with the following: \n1. Must hold a valid full BJA (or affiliated) license \n2. Must have graded in the last 6 months and must hold a minimum grade of 4th mon and a maximum grade of 9th mon \n3. Must wear white judogi when competing and bring their own blue / white belts \nGroups and Weigh In Times: \n· Group 1: All boys aged 8 to 15 years – 11:00am to 11:30am \n· Group 2: All girls aged 8 to 15 years – 11:30am to 12:00pm \nWeight categories: \n· Girls: -28\, -32\, -36\, -40\, -44\, -48\, -52\, -57\, -63\, +63kgs \n· Boys: -30\, -34\, -38\, -42\, -46\, -50\, -55\, -60\, -66\, +66kgs \nFormat of Competition: \n· Top 4 placed competitors will receive a medal \n· BJA technical restrictions will apply \n· Medals will be presented throughout the day \n· Only matside qualified coaches with a valid card will be allowed matside to coach \n· All players must weigh in with white T-shirt & judo trousers with a 0.8kg allowance \n· Videos and photographs may be taken on the day and used to advertise the event \nIn the event of any dispute either on or off the mat\, the decision of the Tournament Director will be final. \nEntry Fee: £25 \n(Entry fees are non-refundable. No charge for spectators or car parking)
