DESCRIPTION:Hants-Closed-2025-entry-form\n  \n\n\nSURREY CLOSED JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS \n*** LEVEL 3 event for Hampshire registered players only *** \nSunday 23rd March 2025 \nVenue: Danebury School\, Roman Road\, Stockbridge\, SO20 6HA \n\n\n\n\nEligibility: \n\n\n\n\nThis is a closed event\, for Hampshire registered players only \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nCompetitors must be over 8 years of age on the day of the competition\nSenior competitors must be aged 14 years and over on the day of the competition\nAll competitors must present a valid BJA licence or a BJA affiliated association\nlicence at the weigh-in together with proof of grade – no exceptions will be made\nMedallists may be selected for the Inter-County Teams in Woking on 11th May 2025\nNo refunds will be issued after the closing date\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContest Information: \n\n\n\n\n\n\nArmlocks or strangles only allowed in the Senior event\nMethod of competition will be pools throughout & current BJA rules will apply\nMedals will be presented throughout the day\nAll competitors must wear suitable footwear at all times when off the mat\nWhite or blue judogi may be worn (if blue you must bring a white one too)\nWhere possible provide players to provide their own blue and white belts\nOnly matside qualified coaches with a valid card will be allowed matside to coach\nIn the event of any disputes\, the decision of the Tournament Director will be final\nThe Tournament Director reserves the right to combine categories if necessary\nVideos and photographs may be taken on the day and used on social media\nAll players must weigh in with white t-shirt and judogi trousers with a 0.8kg allowance\nprovided\nMales may compete in a white t shirt if they choose to do so.
